eQtlBma

eQtlBma v1.2.2 is installed across all HPC nodes.

Usage

eQtlBma can be loaded as a module. This version of eQtlBma was compiled against a newer version of zlib so the zlib module also needs to be loaded to avoid any potential job failures.

[asrini@node064 ~]$ module load zlib-1.2.8-1

[asrini@node064 ~]$ module load eQtlBma-1.2.2

[asrini@node064 ~]$ eqtlbma --version
eqtlbma 1.2
