BLAST+

NCBI's BLAST+ v2.2.0 is installed across all HPC nodes.

Usage

BLAST+ can be loaded as a module:

[asrini@node061 ~]$ module load ncbi-blast-2.2.0

[asrini@node061 ~]$ blastn -version
blastn: 2.2.29+
Package: blast 2.2.29, build Dec 10 2013 14:41:40
